How we work

We work with international agencies, ticketing companies, and technology providers. Each partnership lets us go further: more events, more countries, better technology.

Each partnership works differently.

  • With some, we are the operational arm in Argentina for an international agency.

  • With others, we are the access control team for a ticketing company operating in 12 countries.

  • With our technology partner, we operate their specialized access and accreditation system at every event.
The model adapts, but the commitment is the same: execute with the standard the partner needs.

If you have a company and need an operational partner in Argentina or in LATAM, let’s talk.

Backyard Group — Mexico Event and experiential marketing agency based in Mexico City. DER is their operational arm in Argentina. We have executed 5 events together in different cities across the country: Bariloche, Formosa, Catamarca, among others. We work under a master agreement and event-specific service orders.

Beyond 90 — United Kingdom Fan engagement agency based in Manchester. They have direct contracts with Premier League clubs. They contacted us to operate the Manchester City FC Treble Trophy Tour in Buenos Aires. DER handled the full on-site production of the event.

We Are Xi — United Kingdom Technology and experiential marketing company with offices in London, New York, Cape Town, and Madrid. They brought us on as their Buenos Aires team for a global brand activation in 4 simultaneous cities (Buenos Aires, London, Cape Town, Tokyo), working alongside Illusion DC and with Grey as the end client’s agency. DER was responsible for location scouting, production budgeting, furniture fabrication, and permit coordination. The project was not carried out by client decision.

Hospitality management company — Abu Dhabi Company specialized in hospitality management for high-level clients in the United Arab Emirates. They hired us to plan the full operation of a private VVIP corporate event for 300+ people in Bariloche: rotating menus, F&B logistics, equipment, serveware, and industrial laundry. The project was not carried out by client decision.
