Full food & beverage zone management for a regional festival in Patagonia.
In General Roca, one of the biggest festivals in Patagonia. DER handled the food zone of the Fiesta Nacional de la Manzana: building the area, selecting and coordinating stalls, and running the operation on site. And since we have in-house visual production, we also designed the visuals for the stalls' LED screens and shot the photo coverage of the area. In collaboration with Mind Market.
Food zone with regional identity
We built the whole area with local products and apple derivatives, the star of the festival.
Areas designed for flow
Quick eats, gourmet and tastings in distinct spaces, so people moved without bunching up.
In-house visuals + photography
We designed the content for the stalls' LED screens and documented the whole area with photography. Catering and visual production in the same team.
Food safety by the book
Specific sanitary protocols so every stall operated safely across all the days.
It is not just placing food trucks. It is making the food zone carry the same identity and care as the rest of the festival.
