The Argentine Weightlifting Federation wanted to bring the IWF-sanctioned U-17 World Championship to Buenos Aires. Before committing, it needed to know whether it was viable. DER spent 6 months on the full strategic consulting: a budget with real quotes, flights for delegations from 50+ countries, hotels, internal transport, streaming, a 3-tier sponsorship proposal and institutional management. With everything on the table, the client decided not to proceed on financial-viability grounds.

Not estimates: we quoted flights with 6+ airlines, negotiated with 3 hotels and surveyed 3 transport companies. Real numbers to decide on.
International logistics
Flights and transfers for delegations from 50+ countries, lodging and operation at Parque Roca. The complexity of a world championship, mapped out.
3-tier sponsorship proposal
We designed the sponsorship scheme with tiers, benefits and amounts so the Federation could finance the event.
Full management and approvals
Operating manuals, IWF protocols, cash flow and dealings with the Sports Department. The complete consulting, not half of it.
