Food & beverage zone with 5 food trucks for 4,000 attendees (in-house operation).
At the CeNARD, a cars and motorsport expo for 4,000 people. DER handled the entire food & beverage operation: 4 food trucks, municipal permits, insurance and food safety, all solved with no third parties. It was the first event where we ran catering completely autonomously, end to end.
