Auto Expo: Motorsport Arrives at CeNARD

DER managed the entire food-service operation for Expo Autos at CeNARD, a vehicle exhibition and motorsports event with 4,000 attendees across the event days. We coordinated 4 food trucks and handled municipal permits, insurance, food safety compliance, and all logistics for the food-service area. This was the first event where DER executed food service completely autonomously, without third parties.
