Currently, we produce events end to end, we manage access control and accreditations for some of the largest events in Argentina and the region and we work as an operational partner for international agencies from Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
We are not the biggest production company. We are the one that takes responsibility.

Meet the Founders

Franco Ridao, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of SOMOS DER. With more than 8 years of experience in the events industry, Franco leads the company’s operational strategy, relationships with international partners, and on-the-ground execution of each project.

Before founding DER, Franco gained experience in the largest sporting events on the continent: Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games (Venue Manager Coordinator), Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games (Venue Operations Manager at 42 venues), Asunción 2022 South American Games (Deputy Director of Venues), 2023 Pan American Maccabiah Games (Deputy Operations and Ceremonies Manager at 6 venues including Movistar Arena), and the Argentine Olympic Committee (Event Producer, 2023-2025).

Certified in Sports Event Management by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and in Planning and Management of Sports Organizations by UNLZ.

At DER, Franco leads the production of Manchester City's Treble Trophy Tour in Argentina, the access control operation for more than 150,000 attendees, and strategic partnerships with Backyard Group (Mexico), Beyond 90 (UK), and agencies in the Middle East.

Meet the Founders

Ludmila Cott, co-founder and Producer at SOMOS DER. With more than 5 years of experience in producing cultural, sports, and music events, Ludmila leads the coordination of operational teams, on-site logistics, access control supervision at large-scale events, and the visual production of each project.

At DER, Ludmila coordinated teams of 15 to 20 people in access control for large-scale concerts by Abel Pintos (30 dates, 30,000 attendees), Anuel AA (4 dates, 60,000 fans), and Myke Towers at Tecnópolis. She supervised the access system and operations staff for Leyendas de México 2024 (8,000+ spectators at Tecnópolis). She was part of the comprehensive production team for Manchester City’s Treble Trophy Tour in Buenos Aires, where she managed venue logistics, setup/teardown, and coordination of 20+ staff for the international sports event. She also led the end-to-end production of corporate product launch events in Bariloche, Formosa, and Catamarca for a high-profile client.


Before co-founding DER, she was a Production Assistant at the 2023 Pan American Maccabiah Games, where she coordinated the opening ceremony at Movistar Arena (8,000+ athletes, management of protocol, timing, and technical teams) and supervised operations at the cycling sports venue during 5 days of competition. She worked as a Production Assistant at Centro Cultural Konex, organizing dressing rooms and sound checks for artists such as Miranda, Dante Spinetta, La Delio Valdéz, and Eruka Sativa. She volunteered at the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games and worked in Guest Service at Lollapalooza 2019.
