DER managed access control for the Chicago Legacy concert in Guatemala, with 800 attendees. The operation was managed remotely from Buenos Aires with coordinated local support at the destination. This was one of DER’s events in Central America, operated through Linkearte, and it required adapting the system to the time zone and operating conditions of the Guatemalan venue. DER configured the unique QR system, uploaded the ticket database, remotely trained local staff, and monitored the entire event in real time with a dashboard and backup connectivity.
