DER managed access control for Il Divo’s "By Candlelight" concert at Sonilum Arena, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, on September 17, 2025. The event brought together 3,000 attendees, with differentiated management by sections: Divo, Super VIP, VIP, and General, each with its own access and validation rules. The operation was run remotely from Buenos Aires. The "By Candlelight" format required a premium service standard at entry, aligned with the level of the artist and the audience. DER configured the system with 4 differentiated ticket types, each with specific section permissions, uploaded the database sold through Linkearte, and monitored the entire entry process with a real-time dashboard, ensuring that each attendee accessed the correct section.
