National Apple Festival

DER took part in managing the food area at the National Apple Festival in General Roca, Río Negro, one of the most important regional festivals in Patagonia. The work included the full setup of the food area, the selection and coordination of food stalls, service logistics throughout the festival days, and oversight of the food operation on the grounds. In addition, DER created the visuals for the LED screens at the food stalls and carried out photographic coverage of the food area for both its own content and the festival’s content. It was a project that combined food-service management with visual production, two of DER’s core team capabilities. Work carried out in collaboration with Mind Market.
