Over 6 months, DER delivered: a comprehensive budget with real quotes, international flight management for delegations from 50+ countries (6+ airlines quoted), negotiations with 3 hotels, internal transport logistics (3 companies quoted for transfers to Parque Roca), streaming and audiovisual technical proposals, a sponsorship proposal with 3 tiers, a digital content strategy, official mascot design (5 proposals), and institutional coordination with the Undersecretariat of Sports. The client decided not to move forward with the event for financial viability reasons—a decision they were able to make with all the information on the table.
