The event brought together 800 Bolivian folklore attendees in an intimate concert format within a hotel venue. The operation was managed remotely from Buenos Aires, with validation of tickets sold through Linkearte, real-time monitoring of venue occupancy, and direct coordination with the hotel team to integrate the access system with on-site operations. DER configured the system with the venue’s specific validation rules, uploaded the database, and remotely monitored the entire admission process.
